A student of Fashion Design from the prestigious NIFT Gandhinagar, Ruchira Asnani stepped into the fashion arena right after her graduation. At a tender age she held bespoke shows and retailed her own label at premium outlets in India and abroad. Through her flagship store and participation at events she gained merchandising, retail and consumer experiences establishing a stronger grip in the world of design. In no time she made a mark for timeless designs and excellent craftsmanship. Unable to contain her designing streak, she ventured into residential projects, starting with her own home. There is no stopping creativity for someone who has impeccable aesthetic sensibilities, an eye for detailing, immaculate taste and is driven by passion. Through her involvement over a period she recognized possessing a natural streak in the field and saw the potential it had to offer.

She immersed herself in extensive study and research to fortify her newfound interest. Geared with necessary knowledge and hands on experience she laid the foundation of TRAVELLERS HOME, in pursuit of accomplishing a fresh set of dreams. Experimenting on her own projects fortified her with technical aspects involved in understanding space, dimensions and technicalities. The transition from fashion to space was smooth and it slowly took centre stage. Her projects have not only received appreciation, but have proved fulfilling to herself. She believes, although education is an integral part of a person’s making, passion paves the path towards one’s inclination and talent. Ruchira’s zeal to continuously learn and improvise, mould herself to suit challenging needs and her conviction to deliver with style are truly remarkable qualities.
